Purchase- Executive

Department: Procurement / Supply Chain
Location: Moula- Ali
Reports To: Head Purchase

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of raw materials required for production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management, ensuring timely procurement, maintaining cost-effectiveness, and ensuring materials meet the quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for raw materials based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
  • Raise purchase orders (POs) in accordance with organizational requirements and timelines.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure optimal cost savings and timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stores and production team to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Ensure all procured materials comply with quality standards and specifications.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Control and Production departments to resolve any material-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation for audits and internal controls.
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new suppliers to ensure competitive sourcing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Sales Executive – API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our API division with a focus on B2B sales in domestic and international markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for APIs and its intermediates in both domestic and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, contract manufacturers, and traders.
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on orders and payments.
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with production, regulatory, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and documentation.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, including export documentation and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
  • 0–2 years of experience in API sales or pharmaceutical B2B sales.
  • Good understanding of API manufacturing, regulatory documentation (like DMF, COA), and export-import processes is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong achievement orientation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
